This is an image of a 1940 Cadillac LaSalle. 1940 was the last year for this line of Cadillac's. This specific car is a style 5019. You can identify this style by looking at the windows.
All the LaSalle's had driver and passenger wing windows but only the Style 5019 had the front and back regular windows and the port window behind the rear windows. All of the 4 door sedan models had suicide rear doors.
